    Herb Cheese Spread
    Makes 6 servings

    1 cup Almond Cheese (see recipe)
    2 Tbsp pine nuts, chopped
    2 Tbsp finely minced red onion
    1 tsp finely minced green onion
    2 tsp light, mellow miso
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 tsp nutritional yeast, optional
    1 Tbsp minced fresh parsley
    2 tsp minced fresh dill
    Dash fresh ground pepper

    Combine all ingredients and stir well.
    Variations: To make a delicious savory cheese sauce, put cheese mixture in a blender and blend until smooth. Add chili powder and paprika to create a chili cheese sauce for Mexican cuisine.
