    Green juice – variations
    1-2 cups
    3 zucchinis
    3-4 cucumbers
    2-3 stalks celery
    1/2 bunch parsley
    1/2 bunch dill
    Sunflower green sprouts (handful)
    Juice all these vegetables through a juice extractor (we recommend the Breville JE95- 950W).
    If you want to add more green stuff, you can add romaine lettuce (203 leaves), swiss chard, kale, spinach or collard greens (when available).
    You can dilute the juice with 20% water if you like, or you can also add 3-4 carrots, 1/2 a beet and some lemon juice.
    If you want to improve absorption, add some olive oil.

    Green Juice with Apple
    (not for diabetics or for candida/cancer patients)
    Approximately 2 cups
    2 big or 4 small apples
    2 kale or swiss chard leaves
    2 celery sticks
    4 romaine lettuce leaves
    4-6 cucumbers (unpeeled)
    Juice all these vegetables through a juice extractor (we recommend the Breville JE95- 950W).
