    Carob Fudge Brownies

    Ingredients:
    1 cup walnuts
    1 cup sunflower seeds
    8-10 Medjhul dates, pitted
    1/3 cup carob powder
    1 pinch salt
    1 pinch cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp. orange zest

    Preparation:
    Process the walnuts and seeds in a food processor, into a fine consistency. Add the carob and the rest of the ingredients, and mix, using the pulse movement.
    Form into small balls. You may dip them in carob powder and arrange in nice paper cups.
