Alummot Farm
In order to support the cleansing process, it is recommend to avoid meat and dairy, and concentrate on vegetarian nutrition 3-7 days before your arrival. It is also recommended not to drink coffee, alcohol and diet drinks at least one week prior to arrival.
Arrival
Check-in time upon arrival is between 14:00-16:00 (lunch not included)
Office hours are Sunday: 09:00-18:00
Monday-Thursday: 09:00-17:00
Friday: 09:00-15:00
Saturday closed.
If you expect to arrive later than the office hours, please let us know ahead of time.
Upon arrival, please contact the office in order to open the electric gate. 04-6653364.
On the day of arrival there is a guided tour of the institute at 16:15 followed by a short orientation.
Departure
Check-out time on day of departure is by 10:00 a.m. (breakfast not included)
We request each and every guest to be considerate of other participants
Understand that everyone goes through a physical and mental process during this week.
Therefore, come with an open mind to learn new things.
General Information
On Friday nights we usually have singing and/or a talent show. We recommend bringing any musical instrument or anything which may contribute to the magical
atmosphere of Friday night.
Meals
The menu consists mainly of vegetables, fruits, sprouts and nuts and seeds, as well as juices and wheatgrass juice.
Out of the 7 day program which starts every Sunday, most participants have organic juices on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. At the end of the juices on Wednesday night, we have a special energy soup.
Any participant who wishes to be on juice fasting throughout the whole program, can do so by letting us know ahead of time.
What should I bring with me?
Bring comfortable clothing
Clothes for exercise.
Warm clothes for winter and short clothes for summer. Bring warm clothes for cool nights.
Umbrella for winter
Appropriate attire for Shabbat dinner
Hat
Paper and pen.
Alarm clock
No perfumes, please.
Payment:
Payment should be made in full on the day of arrival. Payment for the program includes: accommodation, meals, lectures, activities, towels and bedding.
Payment can be made by cash, or any kind of credit card. No checks, please!
Therapy Center
Types of therapies: Reflexology, shiatsu, Swedish massage, holistic massage, deep tissue massage, combined therapeutic massage, aromatic massage, hot stones massage, colon-hydrotherapy and facials with natural cosmetics.
Payment for treatments is extra. You are encouraged to book your treatments in advance. Please call 04-6653364
Men at the therapy center are requested to wear shorts during treatment.
Transportation
Details regarding transportation and rates are listed in a separate section called “Directions and map”.
A taxi cab can be booked from all parts of the country through Avi 057-5414869.
The Rules of our Retreat:
No smoking
No alcohol
No pets
No food or drinks in the rooms
No lighting of candles or incense in the rooms.
It is recommended not to wear any perfume. During the cleansing process people become very sensitive to odors.
Cancellation Policy for Reservations
Nevertheless, you will get a credit from us by mail, entitling you to make a new rerservation for the same amount of nights – not later than six months from cancellation date.
